Olá para você, hoje vamos falar de coisa séria, COMIDA, sim, porque, pelo menos para nós, comida é coisa séria, além de ser uma das coisas que mais amamos fazer, conhecer lugares e comidas novas, e se for diferente, melhor ainda.
Fomos conhecer Vienna na Austria e não podiamos deixar de experimentar um dos pratos mais famosos do país, o Schnitzel, que é uma carne bem fina empanada e frita, e é uma delicia.
Começamos a pesquisar os melhores lugares para comer o Schnitzel, até que encontramos o restaurante Skopik & Lohn, parece ser bem concorrido, é necessário fazer reserva e como fizemos de um dia para o outro, só tinha mesa as 22h, mesmo assim, por tudo que tinhamos lido sobre o local resolvemos ir, e foi a melhor escolha da vida, vamos para a avaliação:
- Local
O restaurante é super aconchegante, romântico e elegante, percebe-se de cara que é um restaurente sofisticado, aqueles que você só vai em alguma comemoração, música ambiente super agradável, atendimente impecável, na primeira vista já nos apaixonamos pelo lugar.
- Cardápio e preço
O cardápio tem muita opção, carnes, pastas, sopa, saladas, etc…
O preço é compatível com o local, um casal irá gastar em média 100 euros com entrada, prato principal e sobremesa, sem garrafa de vinho.
- Comida
Entreda experimentamos a carne de javali selvagem acompanhada de um pão de cerveja, e foi uma das melhores comidas que já experimentamos em toda a nossa vida, a combinação das coisas que vem junto é perfeita, o sabor da carne é bem intenso, mas é harmonizado perfeitamente, por favor, se forem a esse restaurante experimentem. o valor foi de 9.50 euros (dezembro/2019).
Prato principal experimentamos o famoso Schnitzel de carne de Vitela, e denovo tudo perfeito, a crosta da carne estava perfeita, a salada de batata e o creme de pepino, tornou o prato ainda mais maravilhoso, o valor de 22 euros cada.
Sobremesa pedimos um Creme Brulee de maracujá com sorvete de alecrim e mel, e estavamos com as expectativas altissimas, mas infelizmente não gostamos, não achamos que houve uma boa combinação de sabores, e o valor foi de 9.50 euros.

Para nos valeu muito a pena, a experiência foi incrível, voltariamos com certeza, a noite foi perfeita, tudo estava se harmonizando o ambiente, musica, comida, e você que está planejando ir para Vienna, e tiver a oportunidade, vá a este restaurante, vale todos os euros investidos.

We started researching the best places to eat Schnitzel, until we found the Skopik & Lohn restaurant, it seems to be very busy, it is necessary to make a reservation and as we did from one day to the next, we only had a table at 10 pm, even so, for everything we had read about the place we decided to go, and it was the best choice of life, let’s go to the evaluation:

The restaurant is super cozy, romantic and elegant, you can see right away that it is a sophisticated restaurant, those you only go to for a celebration, super nice ambient music, impeccable service, at first glance we already fell in love with the place.
- Menu and price
The menu has a lot of options, meats, pastas, soup, salads, etc …
The price is compatible with the location, a couple will spend an average of 100 euros with starter, main course and dessert, without a bottle of wine.
- Food
To start we tried the wild boar meat accompanied by a bread of beer, and it was one of the best foods we have ever tried in our entire life, the combination of things that comes together is perfect, the flavor of the meat is very intense, but it is harmonized perfectly, please, if you go to this restaurant try it. the value was 9.50 euros (December / 2019).
Main course we tried the famous veal Schnitzel, and again everything was perfect, the meat crust was perfect, the potato salad and the cucumber cream, made the dish even more wonderful, worth 22 euros each.
For dessert we ordered a Creme Brulee of passion fruit with rosemary and honey ice cream, and we had the highest expectations, but unfortunately we didn’t like it, we didn’t think there was a good combination of flavors, and the value was 9.50 euros.

For us it was really worth it, the experience was incredible, we would definitely return, the night was perfect, everything was harmonizing the atmosphere, music, food, and you are planning to go to Vienna, and have the opportunity, go to this restaurant , it is worth all the euros invested.
